Blank weeks are allowed

Some weeks I write nothing. That's fine.

Most apps punish you for skipping. Streak counters, red dots, guilt notifications. Titra doesn't have any of that, on purpose.

If a week was uneventful and I didn't open the app, the week stays blank. No reminder I 'missed' anything. The point isn't to log every week — it's to have a place to log the weeks where there's actually something worth writing down.

Six months in I'd rather have eighteen useful entries than twenty-four daily check-ins I phoned in. Less noise, more signal.

the thing that kills tracking isn't motivation — it's perfectionism (a record full of holes still beats memory)

your prescriber sees a few minutes every few months — the in-between is the real story, and only you can record it
