About

Most agencies use AI
to do the same work, faster.
We rebuilt the studio
around it.

AgentM is structured as if a senior team had to compete with a Big Four shop on price and a venture studio on speed — at the same time. The agent stack isn’t a methodology bolted onto an old process. It is the operating model.

The thesis

Three questions, three answers.

The shape of the studio falls out of three decisions made up-front. Each one is defensible on its own. Together they explain how six products ship in twelve months without a 40-person team.

01

Why a studio, not an agency.

Agencies bill hours. Studios ship things. The portfolio model forces us to live with our own decisions — every choice we make on a client brief is one we’ve already made on something we own.

02

Why AI-native, not AI-augmented.

Most agencies bolted AI onto an existing process. We started from the agent stack and built the team around it. Senior humans direct; agents execute. The economics only work this way around.

03

Why Wrocław, Poland.

Eastern Europe has the deepest engineering talent pool in the EU and the kind of cost base that makes the studio model viable. Time-zone overlap with both London and the US East Coast is a bonus.

Operating principles

Six rules. Non-negotiable.

These aren’t aspirations on a careers page. They are how the work gets evaluated internally before it ships.

01

Senior judgement, never delegated.

Agents draft, build, ship. Strategy, positioning, and the call on what we will or won’t do — that’s human, named, and on the hook.

02

The portfolio is the proof.

Six products under our own brand. The same agent stack runs our client work. If we can’t ship our own software, we have no business charging you to ship yours.

03

Ship the boring parts well.

Information architecture, schema, accessibility, copy that scans. The infrastructure-grade work that gets cut from a 12-week agency engagement.

04

Default to private, not engaged.

No leaderboards, no social pressure, no growth hacks that rely on user vulnerability. Particularly true on the health-adjacent products.

05

Disclose the AI honestly.

We say where AI was used and where it wasn’t. We will not pretend a hand-edited human wrote a Claude-drafted page. The disclosure page is load-bearing.

06

Polish over reach.

A small site that earns credibility beats a sprawling one that doesn’t. Cluster pillars, TL;DRs, FAQs, schema. Get cited by AI search before you get traffic from it.

Timeline

How we got here.

2025

AgentM founded

A studio structured around senior judgement and a coordinated agent stack. First product ships in 19 days.

2025

Portfolio scales

Three additional products enter development across health, retail tooling, and tariff intelligence. Same stack, same team.

2026

Six products live

Titra, VintSnap, Sibliny, SitePrice, BuildBuddy, TariffShield. Same stack, same team, six brands.

2026

Client engagements open

The studio begins accepting selected marketing engagements alongside the product portfolio.

The stack

Tools, not employees.

Every model on this list is a tool. Senior humans direct the work, choose the tool, review the output, and own what ships.

Two ways to start.

For founders & operators

Hire the studio.

60-minute call. We listen, ask, and end with a roadmap — whether or not we work together. Most engagements start within two weeks.

For anyone

Read the disclosure.

The AI disclosure page documents where AI was used in our work and where it wasn’t. Updated monthly. Designed to be quoted, not buried.
