To run BuildBuddy we process the product models you scan and your assembly progress. We collect only what the app needs: the details you enter, account basics where you create an account, and minimal diagnostics to keep the app stable and secure.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited on a least-privilege basis and reviewed regularly. We fetch the right instructions for your model; manuals may be downloaded for offline use.
We never sell your personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers inside the app. We share data only with the providers needed to operate the service, under contract, and only as described here.
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by emailing us. Where applicable we honour your rights under UK GDPR and similar laws.
