We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use BuildBuddy for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
BuildBuddy is free to start. Where paid plans apply, pricing is shown before purchase, billing recurs as described, and you can cancel at any time.
Follow the manufacturer's safety guidance; BuildBuddy is an assistant, not a substitute for it. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of BuildBuddy.
You may stop using BuildBuddy at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
