Delete your account & data

1. Open BuildBuddy and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. Prefer email? Write to [email protected] from your account address and we'll action it within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes the product models you scan and your assembly progress, your profile and settings, and any content you created in BuildBuddy. This is irreversible — so export anything you want to keep first.

We retain only the minimum the law requires — for example basic transaction records where financial rules apply — for as long as we are obliged to, then delete it. We never keep a shadow copy of your personal data for any other purpose.

We fetch the right instructions for your model; manuals may be downloaded for offline use. Deleting your BuildBuddy account does not remove data held by those third parties — manage or disconnect them directly.
