This page explains how to delete your titra account and everything stored with it. It applies to the titra app published by AgentM on Google Play and the Apple App Store (com.titra.app).
If you never created an account, there is nothing to delete on our side. titra works fully offline without an account. In that case all of your data lives only on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes it.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open titra and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion runs immediately. Your cloud data is removed first, then your sign-in account. If any part fails, nothing is deleted and you can safely try again.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in — for example you lost access to the email address or Apple ID you signed up with — email hello@agentm.co.uk from the address associated with your account, with the subject Account deletion request.
We will verify the request, action it, and confirm by reply. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, as required under UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

What is not deleted, and why
- Data on your own phone. Deleting your account removes what is stored in the cloud. Anything still saved locally is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Apple Health / Health Connect data. titra only reads from these; it never writes to them and cannot delete from them. Manage that data in the Health or Health Connect app on your device.
- Your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, and deleting your account does not cancel one. Cancel through the App Store or Google Play before deleting, otherwise billing continues. See Apple or Google.
- Promo code redemption records. A redeemed code stays marked as used. This record is not linked to your identity and exists to stop a single code being reused.
- Anonymous crash and analytics events. Historic crash reports (Sentry) and product analytics (PostHog) are retained for a limited period under each provider's own retention schedule and are not linked to your health entries. You can opt out of analytics at any time in the app's Settings.
- Records we must keep by law. Where a legal or accounting obligation requires retention, we keep only the minimum for the required period.
How long deletion takes
In-app deletion is immediate and irreversible. Email requests are actioned once verified and within 30 days at the latest. Routine backups may retain copies for a short period before rolling off; those copies are not used for any other purpose.
