Delete your account & data

1. Open your Shopify admin and go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
2. Remove TariffShield to revoke access and stop all processing.
3. Email [email protected] from your store address to erase stored classifications.

Deleting your account permanently removes your Shopify product and order data needed for classification, your profile and settings, and any content you created in TariffShield. This is irreversible — so export anything you want to keep first.

We retain only the minimum the law requires — for example basic transaction records where financial rules apply — for as long as we are obliged to, then delete it. We never keep a shadow copy of your personal data for any other purpose.

We connect to your Shopify store to classify products and calculate duties. Deleting your TariffShield account does not remove data held by those third parties — manage or disconnect them directly.
