Where things stand
TariffShield is in build and is not listed on the Shopify App Store. It is not available to the public, so no merchant or customer data is being collected from the public today.
What the app reads
When it is installed on a store, TariffShield reads product data from that store’s catalogue: cost per item, HS code, country of origin and price. It uses them to estimate duty and margin. It is not designed to read customer or order data.
Before launch
A full privacy policy, including who processes data for us, where it is stored and how deletion works on uninstall, will be published on this page before TariffShield is listed.
