Required disclosure under Google Play’s data deletion policy
Lanyard works without an account. Most people never create one — the app is fully usable, and your leads are stored only on your own device. If you have never signed up, there is no account to delete and nothing of yours is held anywhere.
01 If you have an account, delete it in the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account, your workspace membership and any leads that had been backed up, and it cannot be undone.
02 Or ask us to do it
Email hello@agentm.co.uk from the address the account uses, with the subject Delete my Lanyard account. We will confirm within 30 days.
03 What is deleted, and what is kept
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your account and sign-in details | Deleted |
| Workspace or booth membership | Deleted |
| Leads backed up to your workspace | Deleted |
| Leads, photos and voice notes on your phone | Not affected — they are yours and stay on your device. Delete the app to remove them. They will not be backed up again, including by a new account made on the same phone, so export them as CSV if you want a copy elsewhere. |
| AI briefings, drafts and note readings | Not affected — they are only ever stored on the phone that generated them and are never backed up. Delete the app to remove them. |
| Purchase records held by Apple or Google | Held by the store, not by us. Manage subscriptions in your store account. |
Where leads were shared with colleagues in a booth, deleting your account does not delete their copies — those belong to your organisation, which is the controller for that data.
Kept with the app’s source code and published here unchanged, apart from the contact address.
