Delete your account and data

How to delete your Sibliny account, and what happens to what you shared with your care circle.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Sibliny and go to More, then Settings, then Account.
  2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Or ask us to do it

Email hello@agentm.co.uk from the address your account uses. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days. You do not need the app installed to do this.

What happens to your data

Your account and your personal details are erased. Entries you added to a shared circle, such as care log entries, are anonymised rather than removed, so the rest of the family does not lose the record. Leaving a circle is a different thing: it does not delete the circle for anyone else and it does not delete your account.
