Delete Your SitePrice Account & Data

1 Delete your account in the app (fastest)

  1. Open SitePrice on your device
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm

This permanently deletes your account and any cloud backup stored with it. It takes effect immediately.

2 Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at hello@agentm.co.uk from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “SitePrice account deletion request”. We will delete your account and respond within 30 days.

3 What gets deleted

  • Your account — the Firebase Authentication record (email address and user ID). Deleted immediately and permanently.
  • Your cloud backup — the backup file in your private cloud storage area, including any quotes, client details, rates and business profile it contains. Deleted immediately and permanently.
  • AI usage records — the server-side fair-usage counters linked to your account. The app asks our server to delete these immediately before deleting your account, and it normally succeeds. This one step is deliberately best-effort: if it fails (no connection, an older app version, or a temporary server problem) your account and backup are still deleted rather than the whole deletion being blocked. Any counter left behind holds no personal data beyond the user ID and a daily count, is never used again once the account is gone, and we will remove it on request — email us at hello@agentm.co.uk.

4 What is not affected

  • Data on your device — SitePrice is local-first; quotes, clients and rates on your phone are yours. Remove them with Settings → Clear All Data or by uninstalling the app.
  • Subscription billing records — purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us; manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings or in Google Play. Apple and Google may retain transaction records as required by law.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store account settings or in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.

5 Are you a customer of a SitePrice user?

If a plumber, electrician or builder quoted or invoiced you using SitePrice and you want your details removed, please contact them, not us. They hold and control that record; we do not.

We are not passing you around. Your details sit inside an individual trade business’s own records. We cannot identify a particular person’s record inside a customer’s data, and we have no lawful basis to search a business’s client book. The tradesperson can delete you in seconds; we cannot do it without them, and they can ask us for help if they need it.

If you genuinely cannot identify or reach the tradesperson, email us at hello@agentm.co.uk with whatever detail you have and we will do what we reasonably can to help you reach them. See section 2.7 of our Privacy Policy.

6 Retention

Account and cloud backup deletion is immediate and permanent. Email-based requests are completed within 30 days. For more detail on what we collect, why, and how long we keep it, see section 5.4 of our Privacy Policy.
