SitePrice Support

Last Updated: 30 August 2026

1 How to get help

SitePrice is supported by email. There is one mailbox and it is read by the people who build the app.

Support email: hello@agentm.co.uk

Typical first reply: within 2 working days

Outside limit: 30 days for any formal request (deletion, access, complaint)

Hours: Monday to Friday, UK time. We do not offer phone support.

You can also reach the same mailbox from inside the app: Settings → Help or Settings → Send feedback.

2 What to include

It saves a round trip if your first message tells us:

  • Your device and operating system (for example “iPhone 14, iOS 18” or “Pixel 7, Android 15”)
  • The app version, shown at the bottom of Settings
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • The exact wording of any error message, or a screenshot
  • If it involves a quote or invoice: which one, and what looks wrong — but please do not send us your customers’ personal details unless we ask for them

3 Things you can fix yourself

  • Subscriptions, refunds and billing. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are requested from the store that took the payment; we cannot issue them. See section 3.5 of the Terms of Service.
  • Restore a purchase. Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases, signed in to the same store account you bought with.
  • Move to a new phone. Settings → Backup & Restore → Backup now on the old device, then Restore on the new one. SitePrice stores your data on your device, so an uninstall without a backup loses it.
  • Delete your account. Settings → Account → Delete account, or see the account deletion page.
  • A quote total looks wrong. Check the VAT status, CIS setting and region on the quote itself. SitePrice applies the tax treatment you choose; it does not choose one for you. See section 2A of the Terms of Service.

4 Privacy and data protection requests

Send data protection requests to the same address, hello@agentm.co.uk, using the subject line “SitePrice data request”. Email from the address associated with your account where you can, so we can identify you without asking for more personal data than we need.

We respond within one month, as required by UK GDPR. That covers access, erasure, portability, rectification, restriction and objection — section 7 of the Privacy Policy explains each right, and section 7.7 covers your rights if you are in the EU, Ireland, Australia, Canada or the United States.

Are you a customer of a tradesperson who uses SitePrice? Your details belong to their business, not to us — contact them directly. If you cannot reach them, write to us anyway and we will help where we lawfully can. See the account deletion page and section 2.7.4 of the Privacy Policy.

5 Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled something, reply to us and say so plainly; we would rather put it right ourselves. If you are still not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to a data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. If you are outside the UK, section 7.7 of the Privacy Policy names your regulator.

6 Reporting a security problem

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in SitePrice, email hello@agentm.co.uk with the subject line “SitePrice security report” and enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and tell you what we are doing about it.

Kept with the app’s source code and published here unchanged.
