Delete your account and data

How to delete your VintSnap account, what is removed, and what stays on your phone.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open VintSnap and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Or ask us to do it

Email hello@agentm.co.uk from the address your account uses, with the subject Delete my VintSnap account. We will confirm within 30 days. You do not need the app installed to do this.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your account and sign-in detailsDeleted
Credit balance, referral code and purchase record held with usDeleted. Unused credits are lost and cannot be restored.
Listings and photosStored on your phone, not by us. Delete the app to remove them.
Anonymised sold-price recordsKept. They carry no account identifier and cannot be linked back to you.
Your purchase history with Apple or GoogleHeld by the store, not by us. Manage it with them.
