Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use VintSnap for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information.
- Use VintSnap lawfully and as intended.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, disrupt it, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
Plans and payments
VintSnap is free to start. You can buy credit packs as one-off purchases through the App Store or Google Play. Credits are consumable and there is no subscription. The price is shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy.
Disclaimers
VintSnap helps you create listings. You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of the marketplace you sell on. Suggested prices are estimates based on past sales and are not a guarantee of what an item will sell for.
VintSnap is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Vinted.
VintSnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of VintSnap. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using VintSnap at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights your local law gives you.
